The Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, CHIEF UMANA OKON UMANA is set to attend a ceremony to officially commission the sports center and classroom blocks at LEKCED INT'L SCHOOL located in Jikwoyi Abuja.

The news of the Minister attending the celebration event was made known to our reporter Adams Johnson by our inside source who said the minister will be unveiling the RED RIBBON to officially commission the wonderful edifice.

The founder of the school ARCHBISHOP PROFESSOR LEONARD BATURE KAWAS of the World Harvest Ministries Inc while answering questions from our reporter  disclosed that the commissioning is part of activities marking the celebration of HIS 21 years ANNIVERSARY in the Bishopric office.

Professor KAWAS also  disclosed that Chief UMANA OKON UMANA is being Honoured because of his philosopic gestures mostly at a time when he Umana was not holding any Government position, but still went ahead to show so much humanitiran support with his personal funds.

Archbishop Bature Kawas went further to state how appreciative  the LEKCED Intl School was when the minister donated to the free education Fund, and that CHIEF UMANA  has never relented in his humanitiran / Charity efforts in the 9 years of the School's existence.

"We have never ceased to pray for Chief  UMANA OKON UMANA, a man like him who gave to educate other people's children even without having any political office at that point in time, Chief UMANA OKON UMANA have been a great Supporter of our school's motherless and fatherless free education initaitive. Hundreds of less privileged and motherless children have enjoyed good education because of Him.

UMANA OKON UMANA did a great humanitarian work by supporting to educate children he never met in his life and must be commended for such a guesture, Hence the naming of SPORTS ARENA And other Facilities After him."

The Great International preacher also stated that many Orphans  have graduated from the school while others are still passing through different classes.

"These are bright children that can be leaders of our nation tomorrow so they are supposed to be given the opportunity to grow well, and that is why the Niger Delta Affairs Minister is viewed as one of the greatest contributor to the motherless and fatherless free education initaitive of the school"

We are hosting him and his people this Sunday the 4th of December from 10am, the event will have him receive a Meritorious Service Award from the ICCEBA College of Bishops.

Nigerians have been asked the focus on the issues of building a nation of their dreams ahead of the 2023 general elections.

The call was made in Abuja by Dr ABAYOMI RUNSEWE the founder and chief organizer Director of the most prestigious OUTSTANDING ACHIVERS RECOGNITION AWARDS in Nigeria. 

He made the statement at an event where our correspondent Ibrahim Ali gave him an exclusive interview.

Dr Otunba said Nigerians needs to step up their minds to contributing to the development of it's economy and social sectors because they are tired of bad leadership and poor democracy activities across the nation.

Nigeria is a nation that is supposed to show example as the lead point in Africa and we have to do the needful in terms of securing the lives nad property of citizens and foreigners doing business around here. 

Dr ABAYOMI RUNSEWE also said we need to create employment for our youths and that can only be done when there is peace in our nation. 

And the only way we can get this peace is when we allow the right thing be done in all areas of the sector of leadership. 

Dr ABAYOMI RUNSEWE  went ahead to disclose that his up coming Awards event will parade credible Personalities across every works of life to receive the prestigious OUTSTANDING ACHIVERS RECOGNITION AWARDS.

He said the awards is not for everyone around the nation. It's an award made for responsible and decent persons who in one way or the other have contributed to the development of Nigeria from their areas of speciality.

You can't receive the OUTSTANDING ACHIVERS RECOGNITION AWARDS if you have done nothing to uplifting the lives or institution you occupy as a person. 

If you are a Politician, academia, civil society, religious or diplomatic community, you must have something to show that you have done. 

You must be nominated to receive the award. 

We don't give our prestigious award to just anybody.

This year's event will hold 31st November 2022 at the MERIT HOUSE in Abuja to promote the values of good governance and quality leadership in Nigeria and beyond.

The award is to recognize excellency in all field of life. It will generate a new breed that will create the opportunity to contributing towards the rebuilding of a new Nigeria most especially that we are approaching the 2023 general elections.
