COURT VICTORY FOR REBECCA: JUDGMENT PUTS EFCC’S INVESTIGATIVE POWERS UNDER THE SPOTLIGHT

Rebecca Omokamo Godwin-Isaac and Homadil Realty Limited have won a significant legal battle that could renew debate over the limits of financial-crime investigations in Nigeria.
