The Labour Party's National Executive Committee is hailing Julius Abure as a champion of unity and graciousness after the Federal High Court validated his position as the party's authentic national chairman. 

This landmark judgment is seen as a significant step towards healing and rebuilding the party after a tumultuous period of internal conflict and public criticism.

Hon Abdulrrahim Imam Chindo, the National Deputy Youth Leader North, praised the court's decision, calling it a testament to the judiciary's independence and integrity. 

He described the judgment as a "weapon of honor" that will propel the growth of party politics in Nigeria.

Julius Abure expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the judiciary, particularly Justice Emeka Nwite, for upholding justice despite external pressures. 

He also acknowledged the crucial roles of Justices Omotosho and C. K. Nwankwo in validating the Labour Party's convention and resisting attempts to secure interim orders against him and the party.

In a spirit of forgiveness and unity, Abure extended an olive branch to those who sought to undermine the party, calling for repentance, restitution, and reconciliation. 

He emphasized the need for unity, urging former presidential candidate Peter Obi to join efforts to heal and strengthen the party.

With this judgment, the Labour Party is now poised to rebuild its structures, reconnect with its grassroots, and unite its members ahead of the 2027 general elections. 

The party aims to emerge stronger and more committed to serving the interests of the common man and promoting Nigeria's betterment.
